Refund Window If you’re not happy with your order, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for refunds after this period has passed.
Return Fees At Homesy Hues, we believe in making returns easy and seamless for our customers. We charge a nominal fee of Rs 129 for each product returned within the allowed window.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please note that products purchased during clearance sales or with special discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team at support@homesyhues.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will happily replace the item or issue a full refund, with no extra charges.
Exchange Policy We currently do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you’d like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product. Please note that all the terms and conditions for returns remain same as mentioned above.
